Abstract:
Thegrowthperiodtraits,agronomictraits,yieldtraits,freshsoybeanrelatedqualityandanthracnoseresistancein121soybeangermplasmsfromdifferentpartsofChinawereevaluatedtoscreenresourcessuitableforplantinginZhejiangdistrict.Theresultsshowedtherewereabundantgeneticvariationanddiversityingrowthperiod,agronomictraits,qualitytraitsandanthracnoseresistancein121soybeangermplasms.Thegrowthperiodwas80-128d,thefreshgrainyieldperplantwas14.973-148.791g,thesolubleproteincontentwas29.037-136.683mg·g-1,thesolublesugarcontentwas4.310-31.130mg·g-1,thefreeaminoacidcontentwas6.5607-37.9727mg·kg-1andthevitaminCcontentwas4.832-15.460mg·kg-1.Sixvarieties,Tonghuapingdingxiang,Yudou19,Zhonghuang58,Jidou21,Hedou13,Juneyellow,werescreenedoutforsuitablevegetablesoybeangermplasmsin121soybeangermplasmsbyPrincipalComponentAnalysis(PCA)andcouldbeusedforvegetablesoybeanbreedinginZhejiangdistrictinthefuture.
