Abstract:
New spring soybean variety Quandou 5, derived from Quanxi 253-1×Quanxi 97A27-2,was selected by Quanzhou Institute of Agricultural Sciences. The yield in regional tests during 2013-2014 was 2 443.5 kg?ha-1, which was 2.65% higher than control variety Huachun 2. The yield in production test in 2015 was 2 335.5 kg?ha-1,which was 6.0% higher than control variety Huachun 2. It was authorized by National Crop Variety Approval Committee in 2016. It is suitable for planting in Hainan province, south of Guangdong province, northern and south-central of Guangxi province, Fujian province, south of Jiangxi province.
