Abstract:
In present study, hypocotyl cuttings from soybean variety DN594 with few branch and CHARLESTON with a few branches were observed in the solutions of different concentrations of IAA, ethylene (ethylene releasing agent), mixture of both IAA and ethephon Optimal concentrations of different solutions were determined, and then fluorescence quantitative PCR was used to measure the genic expression of genes related to IAA and ethane with high and low temperature. The results could provide more genetic evidences about gene expression of exogenous hormones during the formation of soybean adventitious root under different temperature. The results were as follows: Low concentration of phytohormones promoted the formation of soybean adventitious root, while high concentration inhibited the process. Different phenotypes were observed between vary soybean genotypes, the phenotypes treated with mixture of IAA and ethylene were different with that of single hormone. Gene expression also varied between two genotypes and could be influenced by temperature. Genes related to ethylene could regulate the expression of genes associated to IAA
