Abstract:
Genomic scanning,population structure and linkage disequilibrium analysis were carried out on 320 physiologicalraces of soybean with different resistance to gray leaf spot disease 12 by using 126 SSR markers. Soybean resistance associationanalysis to Cercospora sojina Hara race 12 were run with software STRUCTURE and GLM procedure from software TASSEL.Research results showed that there were 23 soybean varieties showed high resistance,53 showed resistance to disease,178 were resistant,56 were susceptible,and 10 were high susceptible. Seven resistance locus to Cercospora sojina Hara race12 were found ineluding Satt052 on H linkage group,Satt335 on F linkage group,Satt557 on C2 linkage group,Sat_368 onA1 linkage group,Sat_346 on D1a linkage group. Satt243 on O linkage group,Sat_151 on J linkage group.
