Abstract:
Soybean is the most important oil crops in China, and is one of the crop requiring large amounts of phosphorus, this experiment studied the effect of photosynthesis, resistance effect, mass growth and the total phosphorus content on three kinds of soybean under the condition of adding exogenous phosphorus-solubilizing bacteria-wj1, wj3 and wj1+wj3 mixed bacterial liquid, which has an important role in saving the input of phosphate fertilizer and reducing the cost of soybean in the agricultural production.The photosynthesis, stress tolerance, growth characteristics and phosphate content were determined in florescence stage. The results showed that different bacterial liquid had different levels of growth-promoting effect on different varieties of soybean. The effect of wj3 on the mass growth of three kinds of soybean was significant, also promoted the growth of root nodules. The three treatments had the promotion effect on the growth on Jiyu 406 in fullbloom stage wj1 and wj3 increased the photosynthetic rate on three varieties of soybean, wj1+wj3 significantly decreased the transpiration rate of the three cultivars, and significantly increased the water use efficiency of the plants wj1 and mixed bacteria significantly enhanced the resistance of three cultivars of soybean. In addition to the total phosphorus content in leaves of Jiyu 406 effected by wj3 and mixed bacteria, others in the roots, stems and leaves were significantly higher than the control,and wj1 increased the most. Therefore, the comprehensive promotion of wj1 is better than wj3, and it is more suitable for agricultural production.
