Abstract:
In present study, DSN (duplex-specific nulease)-normalization yeast two-hybrid cDNA libraries of soybean seed development from 20 to 50 days after flowering were constructed. The total clone number was 2.8×107cfu. In order to obtain the proteins that could bind with the known soybean bHLH transcription factor GmbHLH3a,the bait plasmid of GmbHLH3a, whose carrier has no auto-activation, was constructed. Through yeast two-hybrid screening, two proteins which could interact with the bait plasmid and their corresponding sequences were acquired.
