Abstract:
The use of secondary metabolites of streptomyces is the most effective method in biological control of nematode Strain Snea49 was isolated by diluted solution from a soil sample collected from soybean field.The toxicity of streptomyces Snea49 fermentation metabolic product to Meloidogyne hapla, M. incognita, Ditylenchus destructor,and Caenarhabditis sp were tested in vitro in plant nematology laboratory. The result indicated the metabolic product of Snea49 had biological activity to nematodes, and significant virulence to different nematodes was detected, the more poisonous effect to nematodes was M hapla and M incognita, secondly was .Ditylenchus destructor, the least was Caenarhabditis-sp.The toxicity became lower with dilution times increasing
