Abstract:
Based on soybean genome database and bioinformatics method, soybean XHS family genes were identified and their sequences, gene structure and chromosome location were analyzed.Besides of those expression patterns of XHS genes were also analyzed. The results showed that a total of 21 XHS genes were systematically identified from soybean and classified into four types. They were located on 12 chromosomes10 XHS genes were found EST evidence and the genes expression were rich in sites, most of them were expressed in leaf and somatic embryo. The results facilitate functional analysis and utilization of XHS genes in soybean genetic improvement.
