Abstract:
Fifteen agronomic and yield traits of 55 soybean varieties conducted a comprehensive analysis and evaluation under corn-soybean strip intercropping.The results showed that the coefficient of variation in phenotypic traits was between 6.35% -55.76% and the average Shannon’index was 1.984 3, which illustrated that the germplasm from around had a relatively rich morphological diversity.Correlation analysis showed that the yield per plant have positively and significantly correlations with stem diameter, number of pods per plant, 100-seed weight and some other indicators,which indicated selection of species should focus on the 9 traits consist of stem diameter, number of pods per plant, 100-seed weight and other 6 traits indicators.Principal component analysis can be extracted five main components to reflect these 14 traits’information, cumulative contribution rate was 67.29%.According to the principal component score and the weight calculation of this composite score,55 soybean varieties into three categories can be clustered.The thicker stem, more pods per plant, higher 100-seed weight and moderate growth period of the first category are suitable for intercropping with corn in Huanghuai region.
