Abstract:
Diaporthe phaseolorum is a potential dangerous fungus to soybean.Obtaining big amount of ascospores is the basis of studies on quarantine treatment technology and resistance determination.In this study,a device for collecting ascospores of ?D.phaseolorum as developed.Using the device,perithecium was immersed for 10 min in advance,a lot of clean ascospores could be collected when filtering 3 min,and the collection efficiency reached to 1.01×102 per perithecium.
