Abstract:
With 10 genotypes of soybean immature embryos obtained from different seasons, the effects of different planting seasons and genotypes on somatic embryogenesis induction were primarily studied. And in order to optimize the regeneration system of soybean somatic embryos, the impact of liquid and solid subculture medium and the concentration of sucrose on the proliferation of somatic embryos were further researched. The result showed that(1)For the same genotype of soybean immature embryos, the effect of different planting conditions on somatic embryogenesis induction rate was spring>greenhouse>autumn>summer.(2)In the same culture condition, the genotypes which possessed the higher embryo induction rate were Kenfeng 23,North 4217,Suinong 28 and Suinong 30.(3)Compared to solid culture, liquid culture was favor of the proliferation of somatic embryos.(4)Subculture medium containing high concentration of sucrose(60g. L-1)was conducive to the proliferation of somatic embryos.
