Abstract:
The embryonic tips of four soybean genotypes,including Jilin17,Jilin27,Jilin 28 and Jilin 29,were used as explants to study the effect of different 6-BA and IBA concentration on regeneration rates of embryonic tips.Results showed that generation rate obviously different among four genotypes,Jilin 28 and Jilin 29 were appropriate for embryonic tips system.The best proportion of 6-BA/IBA for Jilin 28 and Jilin 29 was both 2.0 mg·L-16-BA+0.2 mg·L-1IBA,and the regeneration rate reached 78.17% and 80.04%,respectively.
