Abstract:
?Soybean is a traditional crop which has five thousand years, cultivation history in China.Recently, with importing a large number of foreign genetically modified soybeans,China,s soybean planting area has declined more than ten percent annually.Forced by the strongly rise of soybean,s demand,China recently approved importing three transgenic soybeans, which indicated that the domestic soybean,s planting area would continuous decreased with the absence of major scientific and technological breakthroughs and some strong backing protection policies. So,this will adversely affect the food structure and health of the residents in China, the distribution of plant communities and the ecological environment of agricultural soil,as well as the Chinese traditional customs and culture. In order to protect and promote the development of Chinese soybean industry, regional protection policies should be adopted, such as non-transgenic soybean planting areas in the four northeastern provinces(municipality) should be isolated. We should strengthen the scientific research on China,s non-genetically modified soybeans,in order to increase its resistance and economic benefits. We should also strengthen the scientific research of transgenic soybean, draw on the advantages and avoid disadvantages to escort the development of domestic soybean,s planting industry. With strong policy,we should ensure domestic soybean, maintain certain planting area to boycott under the external shocks.
