Abstract:
RNA interference refers collectively to diverse RNA-mediated pathways of nucleotide-sequence-specific inhibition of gene expression.Here,we summarized applications of RNA interference in soybean functional genomics and quality improving research,and discussed the difficulties and future directions for this technology in soybean research.
