Abstract:
High-density molecular genetic linkage map is extremely important in studies of QTL, accurate map-based cloning, comparative genomics and molecular assisted selection in soybean. At present, several soybean genetic linkage maps have been constructed and integrated. The main molecular makers include restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP),random amplified polymorphic DNA(RAPD), simple sequence repeat(SSR),amplified fragment length polymorphism(AFLP),sequence tagged site(STS),expressed sequence tag (EST)and singlenucleotide polymorphism (SNP), etc. The mapping population involve F2, recombinant inbred line (RIL) and double haploid(DH), etc. The research status and future trends of soybean genetic linkage map were briefly discussed to promote the application of the soybean genetic linkage map in soybean breeding.
