Abstract:
Five typical isolates of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum in soybean collected from different locations of Heilongjiang province were tested about biological characteristics to effectively control the occurrence and extension of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum.The results showed that optimal temperature of mycelial growth and sclerotia production was at 2025℃and 1520℃,respectively.The suitable condition of mycelial growth was neutral and acidic. The optimal medium of mycelial growth and sclerotia production was PDA,soybean leaves juice and sunflower leaves juice, respectively.Light had no significant effect on mycelial growth, but was beneficial to sclerotia production. The optimal temperature of ascospore germination was 25℃,the optimum pH was 78.Soybean,sunflower and rape juice could promote ascospore germination.Light had no significant effect on the germination of ascospores.Due to different ecological conditions,S.sclerotiorum isolated from various locations were differed in apothecia production and pathogenicity.
