Abstract:
The objective of this study was to optimize the extraction conditions of soybean isoflavone,taking soybean as raw material,using the methanol as extraction solvent and ultrasonic assisted extraction method.The extraction parameters was preliminary determined through the single factor experiment.Then the 3 factors 3 levels of response surface analysis method was established using Design-Expert 7 experimental design software,and got the response surface chart and contour map with the response value of the total soybean isoflavones extraction efficiency.The result showed that the best extraction technology conditions was at the ratio of material and solvent 1∶50,with 85% methanol extract concentration and extracting for 45 min.On this condition extracting for 2 times,total soybean isoflavone extraction ratio could reach 0.308%.
