Abstract:
A total of 164 F6 and F7recombinant inbred lines(RILs),derived from ‘Suinong 10’בL-10’,was used to study relationship between resistance to Soybean Cyst Nematode race No.3 and main agronomic traits.Magenta staining identification method was used to analyze SCN female index(FI)in the RIL population.Relationship between FI and main agronomic trait was analyzed through Software SPSS 10.0.The results showed that FI was significantly correlated with growth duration and main stem nodes per plant,and negatively correlated with plant height,branch number,pods per plant,seeds and 100-seed weight.Moreover,FI had no correlation with hilum color,grain shape and pubescence color,while significantly related with nodules.
