Abstract:
The mungbean and soybean germinating in different Selenium cultivating solution were investigated for developing Selenium-enriched legumina as rich Selenium foodstuff.The mungbeans and soybeans can be toxic significantly during germination in Selenium solution of high concentrations as 20.00 μg·mL-1.The germination rate of mungbean and soybean cultivating in tetravalent Selenium(SeⅣ) was lower than that in hexavalent Selenium(SeⅥ).Therefore,the SeⅣ was more toxic than that of SeⅥ.When the SeⅥ concentration below 3.00 μg·mL-1,the mungbeans buds could grow better,while the SeⅥ concentration below 6.00 μg·mL-1,the soybeans could grow better.Hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry(HG-AFS)was applied to make the external regression curve,and the Selenium content of mungbean and soybean was determined by this approach.The results indicated that when the legumina was,cultivated in high Selenium concentration as 20g·mL-1,the detected Selenium was in the range of 75.0273-102.2612 μg·L-1.When cultivated in SeⅥ concentrations below 6.00 μg·mL-1,the Selenium content for mungbean and soybean was about 7.5002-69.8483 μg·L-1 and 11.1737-58.3926μg·L-1,respectively,which could meet the national standard of Selenium-enriched foodstuff.
