Abstract:
Rhizoctonia solani is a plant pathogenic fungus that can cause root rot of soybean.The resistance of 208 soybean germplasm to Rhizoctonia solani were measured by testing seed rot rate.Among the testd soybeans,153 accessions,accounting for 73.55% of total,were highly sensitive to Rhizoctonia solani; 21 accessions,accounting for 10.1% of total,showed high resistance,and 7 cultivars of which came from abroad;34 accessions ,accounting for 10.1% of total,showed medium resistance,and 12 of which came from modified stable lines.Results suggest there is short of soybean varieties resistant to Rhizoctonia solani,and much attention should be paid to soybean Rhizoctonia solani resistant breeding.
