Abstract:
Soybean isoflavone has many important physiological functions including preventing cancer,cardiovascular disease and reducing female menopause syndromea and so on.Extraction methods of soy isoflavone including convention solvent,ultrasonic-assisted,microwave-assisted,etc.The latest research on extraction of soy isoflavone had been summarized.The aim was to provide a reference for the development and utilization of soy isoflavone as new resource of health foods.
