Abstract:
Using Sepharose-4B cross-linked with nattokinase as adsorbing medium,the target proteins were obtained from those of the soybean proteins by affinity chromatography.The molecular weights of target proteins were 30.0 and 26.0 kDa,respectively, measured by degeneration electrophoresis technology.Surface plamon resonance technology was used to determine the affinity adsorption between nattokinase and target soy proteins and the results revealed the protein contains the structure that coupled to nattokinase and the target proteins might be the two subunit pairs of 11S(glycinin).
