Abstract:
Steam heating plays an important role in modifying soy protein. There are many kinds of steam heating divices but mostly their structures are too simple so they have problem in temperature controlling. This paper introduced the design principles of steam heating device for soy protein from an engineering point of view. The design ideas and the methods of calculation of steam heating device had been discussed. The design considerations and influence factors had also been presented.
