Abstract:
A total of 119 wild soybean accessions from the eastern coastal region of Hebei province were identified for their reaction to SCN.The results showed that there were 48 accessions resistant to SCN,and 71 accessions susceptible to SCN,accounting for 40.3% and 59.7% of the tested accessions,respectively.Correlation analysis for several characters and female index of the accessions tested were conducted.There was a significantly positive correlation between seeds per pod,root nodule number and resistance to SCN.The results indicated that the distribution of SCN resistant wild soybeans was extensive in the eastern coastal region of Hebei province,especially in Luannan.
