Abstract:
By using sand culture,effect of 6 kinds of trace elements on germination and protective enzyme expression were studied. The results showed that among the appropriate concentration range, six different kinds of treatments all could improve seed germination rate, root length and lateral root number, Mo > Cu or B >Zn>Fe or Mn;B > Zn>Cu or Mo > Fe >Mn and Fe > Mo > Cu or B >Zn, Mn. Treatment of B and Mo promoted elongation of soybean. Treatment of Fe and Mo enhanced lateral root number. With the increase of the trace elements concentration, activity of POD and SOD enhanced, and activity of CAT varied with the change of trace elements.
