Abstract:
Using sucrose gradient centrifugation and conventional fungal identification techniques to study the population density of soybean cyst nematode second-stage juvenile and their parasitized fungi Hirsutella spp.. There were four rotation systems of soybean, including long-term soybean monoculture, corn/soybean annual rotation, wheat/soybean annual rotation, wheat/corn/soybean rotation and a control(fallow). The results showed only Hirsutella minnesotensis was detected in the long-term soybean monoculture field, in other rotations, there were two kinds of parasitic fungi (Hirsutella rhossiliensis and Hirsutella minnesotensis). In 15 and 16 years of continuous cropping soybean fields, the population density of soybean cyst nematode second-stage juvenile was lower than other rotation cropping fields, while parasitism of second-stage juveniles by Hirsutella spp. was higher than other soybean stubbles.
