Abstract:
Dring 2007 and 2008,112 soybean cyst nematode(SCN) soil samples were collected from 35 cities and counties in Heilongjiang province of China. Sucrose gradient centrifugation was used to study the distribution of soybean cyst nematode and population density. SCN was detected in all the tested soil samples, suggested that SCN widely distributed in Heilongjiang province. The density of SCN varied with place, in Nenjiang county, the amount of soybean cyst lines up to 30 583 eggs, while only 56 eggs·100 g-1 dry soil was detected in Fuyuan county. The population density of SCN eggs were divided into three sections: 0 - 2 000·100 g-1 dry soil accounted for 67.4%, 2 001 - 4 000·100 g-1 dry soil accounted for 13.9%, more than 4 000 eggs·100 g-1 dry soil accounted for 18.7%.The egg population density in western region was higher than that in southeast region. The distribution map of SCN eggs in Heilongjiang province were draw out according to the results.
