Abstract:
Protein, oil and isoflavone content of 150 wild soybeans from Heilongjiang province were tested and their correlation were analyzed. Protein content, total contents of protein and oil were significant negatively correlated with isoflavone content, while oil content showed significant positive correlation with isoflavone content in wild soybean. Results indicated that utilized low protein, high oil and low total contents of protein and oil wild soybean materials as parents could increase the probability of selecting progenies with higher isoflavone content.
