Abstract:
The method to extract soybean isoflavone by ultrasonic wave was optimized, the content of which was determined by three-wave length UV spectrohotometry, in order to develop a high performance extraction-determination method of isoflavones in soybean. Results showed that the optimized condition were as follows: the ratio of material to solvent was 1∶20,concentration of ethanol was 50%,extraction time was 30 min,with 2 replicates. Twenty-four soybean varieties was mesured, their contents varied significantly. The content of soybean isoflavones was highest in Jilin 32 and Jilin 35,0.292% and 0.259%, respectively.
