Abstract:
The hypocotyl inoculation technique was used to screen 273 wild soybean lines (Glycine soja L.)from Southern China by P. sojae strain Pm14, and to further explore their resistant distribution and capacity. The results indicated that 3.30% and 16.48% of wild soybean lines from Jiangxi, Hunan provinces and Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region held resistant and intermediate reactions to race Pm14, respectively. It suggested that there are resistant recourses to Phytophthora root rot among wild soybean lines taken from Southern China. While there were a little higher percent of resistant recourses in Guangxi.
