Abstract:
GmPAP1 is a gene induced by low-phosphorus condition, the sequence polymorphisms of GmPAP1 in comparison with the control gene sequence (AF236108)from Genebank were analyzed by cloning in 68 wild soybean genotypes mainly from the subtropical zone: Jiangxi, Hunan, Fujian province and Guangxi Autonomous Region in South China. The results showed that, 22 SNPs and 6 Indels were found. Among these polymorphic sites, 13 transition, 9 transversion and 14 non-synonymous mutations were detected, indicating the abundance of gene diversity among these genotypes.
