Abstract:
Combining with our isolation techniques (method of Guo), this article compared different separation methods of 11S and 7S fractions with industrial methods. The principles of most separation techniques are “alkali extraction and acid precipitation” and “cold precipitation” effects. Wus method succeeded in isolation 11S and 7S fraction for the first time, the later researches mostly focus on its improvement. The method of Guo is the only method to extract protein in a neutral condition, thus saved the usage of alkali and avoided the denaturation of protein. Meanwhile, this article pointed out the problems in the current industrial production. Although lots of improvements were made on the separation process, problem still exist, such as complicated procedures, low yields, high costs of production and so on. Therefore, the writer further proposed the directions of efforts and improvement for the realization of industrial production.
