Abstract:
The genetic diversity of 45 soybean germplasms including different degrees of drought resistance were analyzed by SSR method. Eleven pair of primers with rich polymorphism and good model were selected from ‘Jingle black’ and ‘Liao 13’, of which the place of origin and the agronomic traits are farther apart. The 11pair of primers were used to amplify the genome DNA of 45 materials. Clustering results showed that 45 soybean varieties could be divided into two major categories while GD=0.41, most of the varieties were classified as first category, there are 31accessions, accounting for 69% of the total;the second category consisted of 14 accessions, accounted for 31% of the total. Two major categories were subdivided into their different sub-group, The cluster results exhibited their relationship related with the geographic origin and appearance.
