Abstract:
Nattokinase was purified by (NH4)2SO4 fractional precipitation and Sephadex G-100 gel filtration from crude Nattokinase liquid and its thrombolytic experiment in vitro were conducted. The purified nattokinase showed a single band on SDS-PAGE with the molecular mass of 33 kDa, while the samples showed three bands on PAGE, which suggested that the Nattokinase was consisted of several isoenzymes. in vitro experiments showed Nattokinase had significant role in thrombolysis and anticoagulation effect,and has some hemolysis effect on rabbit blood cell. Nattokinase maybe have some isoenzymes,which are very important for thrombolysis and anticoagulation.
