Abstract:
Use ultraviolet spectrophotometry to detect the content of soybean isoflavone,with the content of genistein as the index,to investigate the ADS-7 macroporous adsorptive resins for separation and purification of soybean isoflavone in the Semen Sojea Praeparatum. The optimized technological parameters of the ADS-7 macroporous adsorptive resins were as following:loading sample density 0.225 ·mL-1,pH 4.5,the maximum sample volume 150 mL,4 B·h-1 flow rate to adsorption and the volume of 70%(v/v)ethanol as 8 BV with desorption-flow 4 B·h-1. With these conditions,more than 40% of soybean isoflavone could be obtained from primary adsorption and purification,and the ADS-7 macroporous adsorptive resins can be used twice.
