Abstract:
Taking immature cotyledon of six soybean varieties as explants,the effect of 2,4-D on the frequencies of somatic embryogenesis and the proliferation of embryogenic tissue were investigated.Results showed that the frequencies of somatic embryogenesis varied with soybean genotypes,CH21141 and Heinong 40 had highest frequencies ,while Heinong 35 had the lowest frequency among six genotypes.The optimum media for somatic embryogenesis and the proliferation of embryogenic tissue was MS with 10-20 mg.L-12,4-D,and the proliferation speed of progeny was 3n.
