Abstract:
Carbon metabolism is an important process in soybean,however,there are few research on the variable rule of carbon metabolism product in different organs of soybean.Three soybean varieties were used to test the content of soluble sugar,sucrose and starch in different growing stages.With the growing process,the soluble sugar content appeared“V”-type changes in stem,leaves,and petioles,starch content also presented the same type in stem.The starch content presented inverted“ V”-type changes in stem,and there was a turning point in R3 period.The soluble sugar content in pod shell,the sucrose content in stem and pod shell,the starch content in petioles and pod shell all appeared a gradually rising trend.The starch content appeared a trend of rising-decreasing-rising in leaves.It had familiar rules of carbohydrate accumulation in different varieties.The content of these three carbon metabolism products appeared significant positive correlation in leaves,while presented difference in stem for different varieties.
