Abstract:
The resistance of soybean cultivars to soybean cyst nematode(SCN) closely related with some agronomic traits.Therefore,studying the relationship between characters of SCN resistance and agronomic characters had great reference value for breeding practice.A recombinant inbred lines(RILs) population with 141 F2∶8individuals derived from the cross of L-10,a nonrace specific soybean line as male parent,and Heinong 37 as female parent,was taken as materials.Plastic bag method was introduced in greenhouse disease nursery to evaluate the resistance of soybean RILs,and correlation analysis between SCN resistance and main agronomic characters was conducted.Results showed the cysts parasitic index exhibited a negative correlation with plant height,pods number per plant and 100-seed weight;the cysts parasitic index had a correlation with flower color,and had a significant correlation with seed coat and hilum color.The high-resistance varieties exhibited the character of oval grains,black seed coat,black hilum and brown pubescence,and these qualitative traits can provide referable basis for selection of soybean varieties with high resistance to cyst nematode.
