Abstract:
To establish fingerprint chromatographic of flavonoids components in Semen Sojae Praeparatum in Hebei Province by HPLC and control its quality.Gradient elution of 3%acetic acid  acetonitril was applied to chromatographic peaks separation and data were analyzed to develop HPLC fingerprint analysis of Semen Sojae Praeparatum.Thirteen peaks were demarcated in Semen Sojae Praeparatum and they were all reapeatable.The HPLC fingerprint can be used to evaluate the quality of Semen Sojae Praeparatum.
