Abstract:
One strain that is capable of degrading carbofuran was isolated from the carbofuran acclimated soybean soil by domestication and enrichment.Biodegrading test showed the degraded ration reached 94.7% in five days.By GC-MS analyzing,carbofuran was degraded into carbophenyl mostly,and in inorganic medium,red compound of carol was showed after a given periods,which may be related with the opening loop of carbophenyl.In no cell extracting solution with pesticide,carbofuran was also degraded into carbophenyl,which showed the strain could degrade pesticide by inducing enzyme out of the cell.The strain is a Serratia sp.by 16S rDNA identification.
