Abstract:
The effect of phosphorus on main agronomic charaters of soybean were studied in the experiment.Eight soybean genotypes with different phosphorus utilization efficiency were planted in water solution with five phosphorus concentration of 0,0.5,1.0,1.5,2.0 mmolL-1at whole growth stage.Results showed that phosphorus level had no significant effect on plant height,the height of the lowest pod,branch number and node number,while had significant effect on pods per plant,seeds per plant,yield per plant,leaf area at full flowering and 100 seed weight.Moreover,pods per plant,seeds per plant,yield per plant,leaf area at full flowering and 100 seed weight were significantly correlated with phosphorus levels.Therefore,these charaters significantly affected by phosphorus could be used as identification indexes of low phosphorus tolerance for soybean.
