Abstract:
In this research,two strains which had the ability to degrade omethoate were isolated from the activated sludge polluted sampled in pesticide factory in Harbin city.The omethoate at the concentration of 100 mgL-1?could be degraded absolutely in 1 d,while the concentration of 200 mgL-1?could be degraded absolutely in 3 d;when the concentration of omethoate were up to 2000 mgL-1,it could be degraded in 7d and the degradation rate was 75.28% and 72.42 % respectively.The growth rate of stains was postponed under higher concentration of pesticides.The research also showed that two strains did well in biodegradation other organ phosphate pesticides.They were identified as Psedumonans and Aerocuccos based on their physiological and biochemical properties and the sequence analysis of their 16SrDNA.
