Abstract:
Soybean cyst nematode(Heterodera glycines Ichinohe)is one of the most important pests affecting soybean production,and the main preventing and controlling methods depend on the application of resistant variety.Four kinds of soybean with different degree of resistance to soybean cyst nematode were selected as test material.The affinity of in vitro second stage juveniles(J2)of SCN to different young root and root exudation was studied.Results indicated that the distribution rate of J2 acting under root exudates of different soybean cultivar’s young root and different time,had significant differences in the range of 0~1 cm .In this interval,the average distribution rate of susceptible variety Liaodou 10 was highest.The distribution rate reached 12.21%,at the sixth day reached the highest.However,the peaks of resistant cultivars including Huipizhi black soybean were detected after 18 days of seedling.Further work showed that the in vitro young root of Liaodou 10 had great attraction to the J2 of SCN,while the effect in resistant cultivars was just contrary.
