Abstract:
At present,the research about the mechanism of CMS are all focusing on mitochondrial genome analysis,A pair of primers was designed according to the soybean Mitochondrial cytochrome oxidase subunitⅡsequence which published in GenBank.The gene was isolated and analysed from the CMS soybean.This gene codes a protein which consisting 280 amino acids,and maybe assosiated with CMS.
