Abstract:
Soluble soybean polysaccharide(SSPS),as an effective ingredients of soybean,has various functions,such as antioxidant activity,stabling protein particles in acidic solutions,etc.The single factor experimentation was made in the soybean dregs by adopting different extraction temperature,liquid-solid ratio and extraction period.The extraction conditions was optimized by orthogonal experiment.The factor influencing the extraction rate of SSPS was extraction temperature,then was liquidsolid ratio and extraction period.The optimal extraction technology parameters of SSPS was: extraction temperature 90℃,liquid-solid ratio 5:1,extraction period 3 h.The method of phenol-sulphate acid was applied to determine the content of SSPS,the content of SSPS was 7.47%(Glc).
