Abstract:
G.soja is the only wild germplasm of Soja subgenus,in order to protect G.soja resource availably and expedite the application of excellent resource in breeding and biotechnology,young leaf of G.soja was used as explants for rapid propagation,the effect of different culture medium and concentration of phytohormon on inducing caespitose shoots and roots of G.soja was studied using an orthogonal experimental designed.The results showed that the best medium inducing caespitose shoots of G.soja was MS + 6-BA 1.5 mg.L-1+ IBA 2.0 mg.L-1+ NAA 0.3 mg.L-1,the proper rooting medium is 1/2 MS+IBA 1.0 mg.L-1+ IAA 1.2 mg.L-1,and many regeneration plantlets were obtained.
