Abstract:
Soybean isoflavones is one of hypo-metabolize production which produced during soybean growth progress.In recent years,many researches had reported that it can prevent cancer,osteoporosis,cardiovascular diseases and menopausal women symptoms.This paper mainly introduced the physiological effects and research progress of soybean isoflavone on domestic and overseas literatures.
