Abstract:
The low concentration of CO2in atmosphere is main factor restricting photosynthesis of C3plants,and is also one of the reasons hindering further improment of crop yields.To resolve the problem that the concentration of CO2 was hard to control in fields,KHCO3 was sprayed on soybean leaves and NaHSO3was used to restrain photorespiration at the same time,so as to find the best application amount of KHCO3and NaHSO3to increase photosynthetic rate of soybean seedlings.Results showed that HCO-3in KHCO3 as carbon fountain could supplement the lack of CO2in atmosphere,KHCO3at the concentration of 1 500 mg.L-1 ,or NaHSO3at the concentration of 650 mg.L-1,all could notably improve the photosynthetic rate of soybean seedlings,and this function could sustain for 7 days.
