Abstract:
This paper reviewed the research progress of seed protein components,heredity of soybean protein and its correlation with other agronomic traits.The effect of environment factors,such as climate and cultivation practice,on seed protein content was also summerized.Then proposed improving soybean protein content by using biotechnology,and the combination of mutation and conventional breeding.
