Abstract:
Photosynthetic rate is one of major factors affecting crop yield.It is the base for soybean high photosynthetic breeding to characterize the correlation between photosynthetic and agronomic traits.The parameters of soybean photosynthetic characteristics(Pn,Cond,Ci and Tr) were determined by four different photosynthetic rate cultivars(two higher:Heinong 40,Heinong 41;one median :Heinong 37;one lower:Heinong 26) in R3,R5 and R6 stages.The results indicated that the Pn was positively correlated with Cond and Tr in R3、R5 and R6 stages;it was little negative with Ci in three growth stages,a positively evident with WUE in R5 stage and a little negative in R3 and R6 stages.Results also showed that the Pn was more correlative closely with Cond,Ci,Tr and WUE in high photosynthetic efficiency cultivars than in lower ones.The correlative analysis between photosynthetic rate and main agronomic characters indicated that the Pn of leaf was positively correlated with harvest index in R5 stage,but the correlation between Pn and seed weight,yield per plant was different in different photosynthetic character varieties.
